Selection Filtering (Status Bar Button)
Specifies what types of subobjects are highlighted when you move the cursor over
them.
Right-click the button to specify what subobjects to highlight.

Highlights vertexes. (Shift+F2) |

Highlights history subobjects of compound objects. (Shift+F5) |
