دستور XDATA یک دستور Express Tool در اتوکد می باشد. با استفاده از این دستور می توان یک سری از اطلاعات را با نوع های مختلف (مانند عدد صحیح، عدد حقیقی، موقعیت و …) داخل یک شیئ کار گذاشت. ابتدا با اجرای این دستور از شما شیئ مورد نظر را می خواهد سپس از شما می خواهد یک نام به دلخواه وارد کنید در نهایت چندین فرمان ظاهر می شود که می توان با اجرای هر یک از آن ها اطلاعاتی را داخل شیئ قرار داد.

مثلا با تایپ حرف P و زدن اینتر می توانید یک نقطه به آن معرفی کنید (هر کدام از فرمان ها را می توانید تایپ کنید و متناسب با ان اطلاعات بدهید).
