Create a Content Explorer Saved Search

  1. After performing a search, click Add Current Configuration To Saved Searches .
  2. Type in a name for the saved search and press Enter.

Use a Content Explorer Saved Search

  • Click the saved search drop-down menu and choose a saved search.

Rename a Content Explorer Saved Search

  1. From the saved search drop-down menu, click Rename next to the saved search that you want to rename.
  2. Type in a new name for the saved search and press Enter.

Replace a Saved Search with new Parameters

  1. Perform a search with the new parameters you want to use.
  2. From the saved search drop-down menu, click Replace Saved Search With Current Configuration next to the saved search that you want to replace.

Delete a Content Explorer Saved Search

  • From the saved searches drop-down menu, click Delete next to the search you want to remove.

See a List of Recent Searches

  • Click the Show Recent Searches drop-down arrow .

    The five most resent searches are listed, with the most recent at the top of the list.
