To Work With Changing Prompt Order in Attribute Definitions
How to change the display order of the prompts that are displayed when you insert
a block with attributes.
To Change the Prompt Order for Attribute Values (Block Attribute Manager)
- Click Insert tab Block Definition panel Manage Attributes. Find
- In the Block Attribute Manager, select a block from the Block list, or click Select
Block and select a block in the drawing area.
For the selected block, attributes are listed in their prompt order.
- Select the attribute and click Move Up or Move Down to change its order in the prompt
list.NOTE: The Move Up and Move Down buttons are unavailable for attributes with constant values
To Change the Prompt Order for Attribute Values (Block Editor)
- Click Insert tab Block Definition panel Block Editor. Find
- In the Block Editor, select a block attribute.
- Right-click the attribute and choose Attribute Order.
- In the Attribute Order dialog box, select an attribute definition.
- Click Move Up or Move Down to change the prompt order of the attribute definitions.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the attribute definition list is in the desired order.
