To Export Extracted Data to an External File
- Click Annotate tab
Tables panel
Extract Data. Find
- In the Data Extraction wizard, click Next on each page until the Choose Output page
is displayed. - Select Output Data to External File, and click the Browse button.
- In the Save As dialog box, navigate to a location to save the file to, enter a file
name, select a file type from the drop-down list and click Save. - Click Next and proceed through the wizard until the Finish page displays.
- Click Finish.
The external file is created.
