latest release using the Migrate Custom Settings utility.

If your tool palettes were created in an AutoCAD 2010-based product or earlier, or
you want control over which tool palettes are migrated, export each tool palette from
the earlier AutoCAD-based product and then import them into the latest release using
the Customize dialog box (CUSTOMIZE command).
