    About Creating Mesh Boxes

Create a rectangular or cubical mesh box.

The base of the mesh box is drawn parallel to the XY plane of the current UCS (work plane).

You can use the Mesh Primitive Options dialog box to set the default number of divisions
    for a mesh box.

After a mesh primitive is created, the current level of smoothness for the object
    can be modified.

    Mesh Box Creation Options

The Box option of the MESH command provides several methods for determining the size
and rotation of the mesh boxes you create.

    • Create a cube. Use the Cube option to create a mesh box with sides of equal length.
    • Specify rotation. Use the Cube or Length option if you want to set the rotation of the box in the XY plane.
    • Start from the center point. Use the Center option to create a box using a specified center point.
